When should I arrive for my event?

We encourage hosts to arrive 15-20 minutes before their event, to give our staff time to check in and review party details.

Can I bring in a birthday cake?

Yes! You may bring a professionally baked cake, or cupcakes in store packaging with the original food label. Please be ready to provide guests with food safety information as requested. We do not allow homemade cakes or ice cream. We do not provide onsite refrigeration storage or cake-cutting services – be sure to bring utensils to serve your cake. Party hosts must be present for cake deliveries completed by professional bakeries. We do allow candles and have lighters available upon request.

Can I bring in outside entertainment, like a clown or a box of bunnies to pet?

No. Outside entertainers, animals, and professional photographers are strictly prohibited.

Who can sign a waiver?

All adults 18 and older must sign a waiver online or upon entry. Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Can we keep using the gym after we have food?

For safety, parties at Scramble Parkour are play first / eat later. After your guests have left the activity gym and entered the Union Station Cafe for the food portion of your event, they will need to pay a new entry fee to re-enter the gym.

Can I leave a child unattended at Scramble Parkour?

Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision. Supervising adults must remain within Scramble Parkour while their children aged 12 and under are there. A child aged 13-18 may be left unattended at Scramble Parkour as long as their parent or guardian has first signed our waiver.

Do you offer special discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount to teachers, first responders, and military personnel on all pre-ordered foods from our Event Menu. Email eventsinfo@goscramble.com for more information.

What are your busiest times?

Our spaces fill up quickly on weekends and holidays! We also tend to get waves of people around and after lunchtime, and whenever there’s inclement weather.

What parking is available at Scramble Parkour?

You may park for free inside the Village of Shirlington's Quincy Garage, located behind Scramble Parkour. The entrance for this garage is on S. Randolph Street. For more info, download this Village of Shirlington parking map.

After you pull into the garage, follow the blue signs for "Office Entrance" or "Office Parking." Once you're inside the garage, you may park in any space marked "Retail" or "2900 Retail" on the first and second floors. On weekends, and weekdays after 6 pm, you may also park in any of the other spaces marked "Reserved" on the third, fourth, or fifth floors.

After you've parked, exit the garage at the southeast corner and walk due south to the courtyard where you'll see signage for Scramble Parkour in the building on your left. There is a second entrance to Scramble Parkour on S. Quincy Street.

Do you have specific attractions or times for people with disabilities?

All Scramble locations are ADA accessible, and we can make further accommodations on a case by case basis. We also provide opportunities to open early for those who need additional time in our environment. Email scrambleinfo@goscramble.com for more information.

Do you sell food and drinks?

Yes! There is a full menu of meals, beverages, and snacks at the Union Station Cafe and Train Yard coffee bar, upstairs from Scramble Parkour.

Can I bring food or drinks in from outside?

No outside food or drink is allowed inside Scramble except by prior arrangement, such as food necessary for a medical reason. Email scrambleinfo@goscramble.com for more information.

Is flash photography allowed in this area?

No. To keep this sensory area appropriate for infants, flash photography is strictly prohibited.

Can I leave my shoes on when I'm in this area? Can I go barefoot?

Participants must wear grip socks, either from Scramble or another retailer. Bare feet, sandals, and heeled shoes are not permitted. Customers who return with Scramble socks will receive a $2 Union Station Café coupon (one coupon per pair of socks).

Do you have lockers?

We do not offer locker storage, so we suggest leaving your high-priced valuables at home. We do offer unsecured cubbies for shoes and other bulky outdoor clothing.

How long can we stay?

Your paid entry is for 2 hours inside our facility. We may enforce this on busy days or for other operational reasons.

Can I leave and come back in?

If you need to grab something from your car or step outside to take care of something quickly, you’re welcome to leave and return without paying twice. We suggest letting the front desk know before you exit. If you're gone past 10 minutes, you will have to repay the entrance fee. Please remember that another adult will need to remain in Scramble Parkour to supervise your children.

Can I purchase a Scramble gift card?

Yes! You can buy a Scramble gift card and use it any Scramble location. Just visit our Gift Cards page, or purchase a physical gift card at any Scramble location – our staff will help you at the register.
