Extended Summer Hours on Thursday for Bonanza, we are open until 8pm.

No Reservations Needed To Play!

Do We Need To Bring Socks?

Socks are required to be worn to play at Scramble. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play areas. This helps ensure that all areas of Scramble stay clean. If you forget socks, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Scramble has socks to purchase for all ages.

I Have Party Questions!

Great! We’re happy to provide an answer. First, please see our separate section on our party page with FAQS specifically for parties. If your questions are still not answered, you can email us at events@goscramble.com for the Alexandria location and eventsfc@goscramble.com for the Falls Church location and we’ll get back to you as soon as […]

Can I Bring My Own Food?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed past entry, however, if you or anyone in your group has food sensitivities or allergies, please let a Front Of House team lead (wearing a blue shirt) know so that we can accommodate you and your guests.

Can I Leave And Come Back In?

If you need to grab something from your car or need to step out to take care of something quickly, you’re welcome to leave and return without paying twice. However, if you are gone past 10 minutes, you will have to repay the entrance fee.

How Long Can We Stay?

Your paid entry is for 2 hours of play. On quieter days we do not enforce this time limit. We reserve the right to limit time at Scramble on busy days.

When Are You Busiest?

Our spaces fill up the quickest on weekends and holidays! We also tend to get waves of people around and after lunchtime, and whenever there’s inclement weather.

Each adult visiting Scramble must sign a waiver.
Children must be added to an adult waiver.
