Do We Need To Bring Socks?
Socks are required to be worn to play at Scramble. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play areas. This helps ensure that all areas of Scramble stay clean. If you forget socks, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Scramble has socks to purchase for all ages.

Can I Bring My Own Food?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed past entry, however, if you or anyone in your group has food sensitivities or allergies, please let a Front Of House team lead (wearing a blue shirt) know so that we can accommodate you and your guests.

Can I Leave And Come Back In?
If you need to grab something from your car or need to step out to take care of something quickly, you’re welcome to leave and return without paying twice. However, if you are gone past 10 minutes, you will have to repay the entrance fee.
Can I Drop Off My Child And Pick Them Up After Play?
You are required to stay with and supervise your child for the duration of your stay.
How Long Can We Stay?
Your paid entry is for 2 hours of play. On quieter days we do not enforce this time limit. We reserve the right to limit time at Scramble on busy days.
Can Adults Keep Their Shoes On?
Everyone is required to take shoes off and leave socks on.
What Is Your Mask Policy?
Per current CDC guidelines, masks are highly encouraged but not required.
When Are You Busiest?
Our spaces fill up the quickest on weekends and holidays! We also tend to get waves of people around and after lunchtime, and whenever there’s inclement weather.
